SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

We will do everything in our best effort to ship your online order to you by your required date.

(Please allow time for this, usually 1 month to 6 weeks before wedding date).

We use NZ couriers in NZ and international couriers if outside NZ. 

Any other special shipping needs can to be discussed and charges will apply accordingly.

Orders will arrive 6-10 days after they are shipped, though actual number of days may vary based on origin, destination, and customs delays. We do ship our pieces to our international clientele. International delivery times may vary for different countries, and we will try to ship your purchase within three business days from final receipt of payment. Due to international deliveries within the different regions shipping times may vary. Clearance of the item will be processed and may have import duties or custom taxes applied. Payment of these duties and taxes are necessary to proceed with importation. Custom taxes or importation duties are the responsibility of the buyer and will need to be paid in order to release your shipment. Duties and taxes vary for different countries. Please contact your local tax department for confirmation of tax levies.

RETURNS POLICY

We offer no returns for change of mind or small alterations needed. 

If gown is faulty we will fix or replace at our discretion, and upmost care is taken for the perfect fit.
